Advocacy
-
Send the letter below asking your representative to preserve state and local resources for our communities, and ensure New York dollars cannot be diverted to carry out a cruel, politicized immigration agenda. Urge them to pass the full NY for All Act--S.2235 (Gounardes) / A3506 (Reyes)--to protect our communities from I*C*E.
-
As wages soar and the job market thins, we advocate for equitable solutions to support a workforce that is disproportionately affected. NYC needs to address the ever-growing crisis in the Arts and Cultural sector.
-
Tell Albany leaders to call a special legislative session to pass the New York for All Act, which would keep our state out of ICE’s cruelty.
-
Cultural freedom demands collective courage. Act now and sign Collective Courages’ curated Nationwide Statement of Values and Principles for the Field of Arts and Culture.
-
The National Council of Nonprofits encourages contacting your Members of Congress and urging them to protect nonprofits from recent attacks by the current administration.
